How do you charge?
Instead of charging by the job, we charge you one flat rate for the job itself. In addition, we are upfront with how much a service will cost. Before we begin any work on your behalf, we will provide you with an accurate price quote.
What about the “parts”? Will you bring them? Should I order them? How long will it take to get them?
We stock a large inventory of fast moving parts, but it is not uncommon for us to need to order model specific parts from the manufacturer. We do not install customer supplied parts, because we cannot warranty them. We will usually have the necessary parts within a few days or less, but will not guarantee a specific date, as we cannot control the weather, shipping, damaged or incorrect parts, etc.
